This tour, which takes place in the municipality of El Sauzal and starts at 11 a.m., will give you first-hand knowledge of how the wines are made and aged in the wineries. We will then walk through the different vineyards of La Hollera and discover first-hand the particularities of the local grape varieties that grow in the different plots of volcanic soil. Enjoy the aromas of the countryside and feel the sea breeze of the Atlantic Ocean in a landscape that will not leave you unmoved.
At the end of this guided tour, you will have the opportunity to do a 4×4* tasting of four wines and four Canarian cheeses.
